It is possible to generate injector coefficient data for a specific injector either as a numeric set or as a file.

With BUDS 2 Mechatronic Expert you can:

• Change VIN and model numbers
• View history in hours instead of percentages
• Enable/disable DESS (start the vehicle with any key, except Roadster Spyder)
• Change DESS key type (standard, learning, rental)
• Change total vehicle operating hours (SeaDoo ECU Bosch)
• View more information blocks
• Edit injector coefficient for E-TEC Ski-Doo
• Enable/disable vehicle options/modules/sensors
• Increase Spark power from 60 HP to 90 HP

• Check the driver speed. For BUDS - 250 Kb/s, for BUDS 2 - 500 Kb/s
• Try installing another driver version

MPI-3 has 2 status indicators that show connection conditions: USB and CAN. Both LEDs must be green for MPI-3 to work correctly.

• Connect the diagnostic cable to the BRP connector
• Connect the remaining cable connector to the MPI-3 adapter
• Connect the remaining MPI-3 adapter connector to a PC USB port
• Make sure everything is connected before launch
• Connect the DESS key. Briefly press the start button to power the ECM. The engine must not start
• Run the program

If the program shows an unlicensed function error when opening BUDS 2, close the current window, right-click the program and run it as administrator.
